Founded in 1993 by Mr. Igor Salaquarda, ISR Racing grew into the most successful Czech racing team while helping develop some of the world's best drivers.

Built around race car preparation and development

Team I.S.R. was founded in 1993 by Mr. Igor Salaquarda. The company's main business has always been the preparation and development of racing cars, with technical precision and long-term growth driving every step.

Across single-seaters and GT competition, ISR Racing had the opportunity to help develop drivers such as Daniel Ricciardo, Alexander Rossi, Sam Bird, Sergey Sirotkin, Jazeman Jaafar, and Esteban Guerrieri while building a reputation for clear engineering execution.

1993-1995

Peugeot 306 Cup car

Development of the Peugeot 306 Cup car, including management and organization of Peugeot Cup racing.

1996

MM ČR

MM ČR - driver Josef Venc secured 1st place with the Audi A4.

1997

FIA Middle European Championship

Driver Josef Venc took 1st place in the Audi A4.

1998

FIA Middle European Championship

Driver Josef Venc again took 1st place in the Audi A4.

1999-2000

Construction of a brand new 500 m2 building

A new workshop was built with capacity for up to five racing cars, plus a sub-assembly room, damper dyno and assembly area, and a fully equipped machining area.

2000

Champion of the Czech Republic

Audi A4 Quattro became champion of the Czech Republic.

2001

FIA GT Championship

Drivers T. Enge and J. Wilson finished 3rd at Magny-Cours in Porsche GT machinery, while ISR Racing also won the Czech Republic title with the Porsche GT3R.

2002

European Championship Formula 3000

Jarek Janiš finished 3rd, Yanick Schroeder 5th, and ISR Racing placed 2nd in the team championship.

2003

FIA Formula 3000 / Formula BMW ADAC

Jarek Janiš finished 8th, Yanick Schroeder 12th, and ISR Racing ended 6th in the team championship while expanding into Formula BMW ADAC.

2004

Recaro Formula 3 Cup

Filip Salaquarda entered the Recaro Formula 3 Cup program.

2005-2006

Formula 3 Euro Series

ISR Racing competed in Formula 3 Euro Series with Filip Salaquarda.

2007

International Formula Master

The team fielded Maximilian Goetz, Nick De Bruijn, and Erik Janiš in International Formula Master.

2008

International Formula Master

The line-up featured Filip Salaquarda and Tim Sandtler.

2009

International Formula Master

Alexander Rossi finished 4th overall and won the rookie championship, Erik Janiš finished 6th, and ISR Racing placed 3rd in the team championship.

2010

World Series by Renault 3.5

Esteban Guerrieri finished 2nd, Filip Salaquarda 11th, and ISR Racing placed 2nd in the team championship.

2011

World Series by Renault 3.5

Daniel Ricciardo finished 3rd alongside Nathanael Berthon, with ISR Racing taking 3rd in the team championship.

2012

World Series by Renault 3.5

Sam Bird finished 3rd alongside Jake Rosenzweig, and ISR Racing ended 4th in the team championship.

2013

World Series by Renault 3.5

The season featured Sergey Sirotkin and Christopher Zanella.

2014

World Series by Renault 3.5 / Audi GT endurance debut

Jazeman Jaafar led the World Series by Renault 3.5 program while Audi R8 GT entries appeared at the 24H of Spa and the 12H of Abu Dhabi.

2015

Blancpain GT Series

Audi R8 GT campaign with Filip Salaquarda, Marco Bonanomi, Frederic Vervisch, Anders Fjordbach, Thomas Fjordbach, Fabio Onidi, and Andrea Rhoda.

2016

Blancpain GT Series

Audi R8 GT campaign with Filip Salaquarda, Frank Perera, Marlon Stockinger, Frank Stippler, Henry Hassid, and Philippe Giauque.

2017

Blancpain GT Series

Audi R8 GT campaign with Filip Salaquarda, Clemens Schmid, Frank Stippler, and Kevin Ceccon.

2018

ADAC GT Masters

Audi R8 GT campaign with Filip Salaquarda and Frank Stippler.

2019

ADAC GT Masters

Audi R8 GT campaign with Filip Salaquarda and Frank Stippler.

2020

ADAC GT Masters

Audi R8 LMS GT3 EVO II program with Filip Salaquarda and Frank Stippler.

2023

ESET Cup Series

Filip Salaquarda took 1st overall in the ESET Championship, 1st overall in Endurance, and 1st overall in Sprint with the Audi R8 LMS GT3 EVO II.

2024

GT Open

Audi R8 LMS GT3 EVO II campaign with Filip Salaquarda and Libor Milota.
