ISR Racing is expanding its operations group to support a more demanding calendar and a broader scope of race-weekend responsibilities. The goal is to make engineering, logistics, and partner servicing more resilient as the season gains intensity.

The internal structure is being adjusted so technical preparation, trackside execution, and hospitality support can operate with less friction between departments. That includes clearer ownership of key workflows, tighter pre-event planning, and more breathing room for data review between sessions.

The team sees this as a practical growth step rather than a cosmetic one. A denser calendar requires stronger repeatability behind the scenes, and ISR Racing wants the operational side to match the same disciplined standard expected from the car and the drivers.
